DJ gateE worked as a professional disk jockey between 1987 and 1996. During these nine exciting years, he served as resident DJ for pleasureDOME (Berlin), Slamin' Club (San Francisco) and The Daylight (London). DJ gateE also worked in Sweden, Austria, Italy and Spain. In 1995 and 1996, DJ gateE did several shows in Tokyo and Nagasaki as part of a DENON Japan promotion tour.
In 1993, DJ gateE was co-founder of the HerzklopfenSingleParty® in Germany, which kicked off the European Single Party boom.
